Several months went by, and I kept asking if they had submitted my husband's case to the court; on two separate occasions, paralegal Valentina Garcia told me, "Yes, we sent it"—yet they hadn't sent anything at all. Later, we went to their office and met with Attorney Alessandra Diaz, who confirmed to me in January 2026 that they had not submitted a single document. For the next two months, I called and sent emails, but they refused to answer—until I told them I would be filing a complaint with the Florida Bar; only then did they finally deign to respond. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE LIARS. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD.
